I have over 30 years of experience as Captain, Surveyor and Engineer on vessels up to 117′.

Captain Bob has extensive experience with all manner of power and sailboat work from electrical to water makers. Replace old hardware and lines with the latest rigging innovations. General Affairs Manager/Consultant for Hitachi

  • Managed Hitachi’s Dallas Facility $500k expansion and maintained a less than 2% cost overrun
  • Manage all building operations (i.e., maintenance, mail services, security, landscape, fire protection system, and facility equipment Demo Lab / HASMAT)
  • Responsible for all administration and support systems, maintaining and upgrading all facilities, identify, and implement design enhancements
  • Responsible for all budgets including forecasting, reconciling and negotiating cost savings – Saved HTA $2.5 million over 5 years
  • Manage Hitachi general insurance – Crawford/Marsh/Royal/Sampo Japan

  • Developed a software analysis study on x2E technology (real time data mining); identified its top ten competitors; evaluated each competitor against Elagent x2E technology for the Health Care Industry.

  • Developed BellSouth Corporations Financial Analyst Report used by the Senior Presidents during their meeting in New York City with senior stock analyst.
  • Launched Multimedia Communications Analytic Software at COMDEX Atlanta ’97 and Internet World Chicago ’97.  Won BYTE magazine’s “Finalist Award”.  Sold $650,000 in 1st four months.
  • Developed all areas of strategic business development and expansion and reported to the CEO and President of Diversified Corporate Resources, Inc., a $22,000,000 human resource firm.
  • Developed the NEC’s $10,000,000 Digital Switching Systems Planning Guide while achieving a $1,000,000 in annual sales.
  • As Marketing and Sales Manager for a Fortune 500 company, I achieved a $1 million dollars increase in all major sales by restructuring the sales area and coordinating over 200 accounts in the Dallas market.
  • Developed CRM for BellSouth Emerging Services Division; establish the initial relationships with CISCO and Nortel.
  • Developed an RFP for BellSouth and won a $58 million dollar State of Georgia bid.
  • Developed a 500-page Technical NSP Manual for the xDSL product line for Bellsouth Emerging Services.
  • As Marketing and Sales Manager for a Fortune 5000 company, I achieved a $1 million dollars increase in all major sales by restructuring the sales area and coordinating over 200 accounts in the Dallas market.
  • Developed a $2.5 million dollar Human Resource Web Portal.  Including network research, software design, development and deployment (Cisco 3660’s, PIX 520, LD 430’s and Catalyst 6006’s, DELL 4400 Servers) SAP/MAP/ERP/Thin Client and enterprise application integration) with a saving of $250,000.
